Strong entry for Halls’ second vintage tractors and implements sale

More than 100 entries from vendors across Powys, Shropshire, Staffordshire and Worcestershire have been received already for Halls Auctioneers’ second vintage tractor and implements auction in Shrewsbury on November 21.

The early entries comprise 67 vintage and classic tractors and 40 implements and Halls auctioneer Henry Hyde, who is organising the auction, is keen to add to the line-up.

Lots may be delivered to Shrewsbury Auction Centre on Thursday and Friday, November 19 and 20 between 9am and 4pm. A photography station will be located at the calves unloading bays, where all lots will be photographed on arrival.

Smaller tractors, including those with cabs, under 9ft tall may be positioned in the show ring, while larger models and all implements will be sold outside along the market loading bays.

“I am thrilled with the level of support and interest in this newly established vintage tractor and implement sale, following the successful inaugural auction in March,” said Mr Hyde.

“I am hoping to add to the strong entry of tractors and implements before the sale which will now become an annual fixture in Halls’ auction calendar.”
