Property agency Roger Parry expands with buyout of rival
Towler Shaw Roberts has joined the group, creating a larger practice covering Shropshire, Mid Wales and Wolverhampton
A property firm has expanded its footprint in Shropshire by acquiring a county rival.
Roger Parry & Partners has bought out Towler Shaw Roberts in an undisclosed deal.
Both companies are headquartered in Shrewsbury and also have offices in Oswestry, Telford, Welshpool and Wolverhampton.
The deal will bring together a broad range of complementary services into a single firm including planning, architectural services, surveying, valuation, commercial and residential sales and lettings.
The two firms employ more than 50 staff combined who will all be retained following the deal, including Towler Shaw Roberts' directors.
The buyout forms part of Roger Parry & Partners' wider expansion plans, broadening its geographical reach and aiming to reinforce its position across Shropshire, Mid and North Wales and the West Midlands.
