Shrewsbury Town look set to go to a Football League tribunal to decide a fee for departing striker James Collins.
Collins turned down a new deal at the Greenhous Meadow to join Town's League One rivals Swindon Town on a two-year deal.
But as Collins is under 24, the Ireland youth international has just turned 21, Town are entitled to compensation.
A fee has not been agreed between the two clubs with Town now likely to take the decision to tribunal on a date to be set.
