Blog: A proud day to be an AFC Telford fan
Rob Hughes: An overwhelming sense of pride and achievement reigns supreme. In front of what was a truly packed house, we came from 2-1 down to win it in fairytale fashion and grasp our place amongst the big boys in the Blue Square Premier.

A typical Telford game, like the proverbial rollercoaster ride, we weathered the storm and as one, we united to stride purposefully over the finish line.
If that was emotional though, one can only begin to imagine what is in store for us in 2011-12.
At 2-1 down, people around me had given up hope.
But it was that belief and the twelfth man, combined with the desire and true grit of the players out there representing our team that we had enough left in the tank to secure the much coveted promotion.
Whilst reflecting quietly, I can't help but feel a smile glowing inside of me.
There's a spring in my step, a feeling of floating on cloud nine, I have a confidence about me, a true feeling of what will be, will be. Some might say the hard part has been done, in truth the hard part is only just beginning.
Already I am in anticipation of replica shirt releases, new signings, season ticket announcements, the fixture list. We are riding on the crest of a wave.
Every player that has pulled on a shirt this season for the Bucks, needs to know they have played their part and for that, I am eternally grateful.
As we look forwards to the likes of Wrexham, Lincoln, Grimsby, Mansfield and Darlington on a weekly basis, we can also look back and recall the immense feeling of belonging and this day, Sunday May 15, when AFC Telford United well and truly rose from the ashes and took our place at the highest level of the non-league game.
Catch your breath! Another rollercoaster ride following the Bucks is just around the corner!
Enjoy your summer everybody.
