Telford & Wrekin Council has received the following planning applications:

Disposal of Public Open Space

Land at Paddock Mound and Shepherd's Lane, Ketley, Telford

1. Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 123 of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended by Section 118 of the Local Government Planning and Land Act 1980) that the Borough of Telford & Wrekin intends to dispose by way of a lease to Ketley Parish Council land at Paddock Mound and off Shepherd's Lane, Ketley, Telford.

2. The land referred to in paragraph 1 above totals 4.2 Hectares (10.4 acres) or thereabouts.

3. Details of this proposal and a plan of the said land are available for inspection, free of charge, during normal office hours, Monday to Friday, at the Reception of Borough of Telford & Wrekin, Addenbrooke House, Ironmaster Way, Telford, TF3 4NT. Hard copies of the proposal and plan may be purchased from the Council at a cost of 2.00.

4. Any representations or objections with respect to the proposal must be made in writing to Jonathan Eatough, Assistant Director: Law, Democracy & Public Protection, Darby House, Lawn Central, Telford, TF3 4JA, by no later than 5pm, 11 June 2015 . Please state the grounds upon which any representation or objection is made.
