Firefighters scrambled to car fire in Telford
Firefighters have rushed to a car fire in Telford this evening.
One fire appliance was mobilised from Wellington at 5.46pm to Rees Way, in Lawley.
A spokesperson for Shropshire Fire & Rescue Service said it was a fire involving the engine compartment of saloon car.
Crews used two hose reel jets and two breathing kits to extinguish the fire.
