Car crashes into lamppost near Oswestry
Four people escaped injury today after the car they were travelling in hit a lamppost near Oswestry.

The collision happened in the Brownhill area of Ruyton XI Towns shortly before 1.45pm.
West Midlands Ambulance Service confirmed the four people, two men and two women, were unhurt in the collision and none needed to be taken to hospital.
Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service firefighters also attended, with two crews from Baschurch and Oswestry and an operations officer at the scene.
A spokeswoman for the fire service said the car was left holding the lamppost up for a time after the collision.
Crews left the scene about an hour later.
