Mr Green, 33, from Chorley, was last seen leaving his home address at around 9pm on June 22.

His car was found close to Yew Tree farm but extensive searches of the area by police and members of the public have revealed no new leads as to his whereabouts.

Mr Green, who is 6ft tall and of a slim build with short brown hair, was last seen wearing a green stripy jumper, beige/brown work trousers and work boots.

Detective Inspector Sarah Wagstaff of West Mercia Police said: "We are growing increasingly concerned for Andrew's welfare, especially given the amount of time he has been missing.

"I know his family are missing him greatly and I would like to appeal directly to Andrew to get in touch with them and let them know he is ok.

"Andrew's friends and family have also set up a Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/MissingAndrewGreen/ and I would encourage people to look at the pictures and information on there."

If you have any information regarding Andrew Green's whereabouts call police on 101.
