Community order for man who grabbed partner's hair and pulled her down steps
A man who grabbed the back of his partner’s hair and pulled her down steps before she fell to the floor, has been placed on a community order.
Kyle Stevens originally denied assaulting the woman between December 2-3, but he changed his plea at Llandrindod Wells Magistrates Court previously.
The 35-year-old of Kings Head Lane had also pleaded guilty to assaulting Police Constable Warren Patton at Builth Wells on December 3.
Prosecuting, Ms Suzanne Cartwright said the couple had been arguing outside their front door and Stevens grabbed her hair, pulled her down a couple of steps to the front door and she fell to the floor.
