Justin Swan was wanted by West Mercia Police for breach of his sex offender registration requirements.

The 45-year-old was also wanted on warrant for failing to appear at Telford Magistrates Court on September 20, in relation to an assault.

Swan is required to notify police of any address he is staying at and subsequently failed to register with police.

Police appealed for information about his whereabouts in September.

Following a public appeal, police found Swan yesterday evening in Market Drayton.

Market Drayton police tweeted:

Holly Claydon-Bevan, organisational communications assistant at West Mercia Police, said: "Following a public appeal, we can confirm that Justin Swan, aged 45, has now been located.

"We would like to thank the public and the media for sharing the appeal."
