Man pushes teenage girl into fence during Telford attack

A teenage girl was grabbed and pushed into a fence during an attack in Telford.

The attack happened at about 8.40pm yesterday in Stirchleym in an alleyway between Chatford and Chirbury, when the 14-year-old girl noticed a man leaning against railings.

The man followed the girl before grabbing her and pushing her into a fence. The girl screamed and the man to let go and ran off.

The attacker is described as a tall white man, aged between 21 to 30 and of slim build. He is described as wearing a black baggy jumper with ripped sleeves and black baggy jogging bottoms.

He is believed to have brown eyes, a "monobrow" and a scar under his left eye.

Police would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the offence, or who may have any information.
