Man bundled into car during Ludlow robbery

A man was bundled into the back of a car in Ludlow during robbery in which he suffered injuries to his face.

The robbery happened about 12am on Thursday when the 18-year-old victim was walking on Sandpits Avenue.

A black BMW X3 has pulled up alongside him and three men have got out of the car and have assaulted him.

They have then bundled him into the back of the car and have driven along Sandpits Avenue before letting the man out by The Codfather fish and chip shop.

The victim suffered several facial injuries.

His coat and phone were later discovered in the area.

The driver of the BMW was described at white, short, with grey hair and wearing a black puffa-style coat.

The front seat passenger was described as white, short, stocky and wearing a green checked jacket with his hood up.

The man who got into the back of the car with the victim is described as white, middle-aged, about 6ft tall, of muscular build, with blond hair and was wearing a blue polo neck top.

Anyone with any information about the incident is urged to call police on 101 quoting incident number 3S of April 14.
