Woman taken to hospital after Shrewsbury fire
A woman had to be taken to hospital today after a shed fire spread to the gable of a house in Shrewsbury.

The fire broke out in the early hours of this morning,and the woman had to be taken to hospital after suffering with slight smoke inhalation.
The blaze started just after 2am in a shed and on fence panels before spreading to the gable end of a neighbouring property on Ferndale Road.
Two fire engines were sent from Shrewsbury Fire Station and spent an hour battling the blaze.
