Police appeal after 'incident' outside Shrewsbury Crown Court
Witensses are wanted to an incident outside Shrewsbury Crown Court where a man kissed a woman who had engaged in conversation while she was eating her lunch.
West Mercia Police is appealing for witnesses to the incident which happened outside the court yesterday.
At about 2.30pm a woman was sitting on a bench outside the court eating her lunch when she was approached by a man who sat down and engaged her in conversation.
Without warning the man kissed the woman on the cheek which shocked her and she walked away.
The offender is described as an Asian man, about 40-years-old, 5ft 6ins to 5ft 8ins tall, medium build with short black hair and stubble on his face.
He was wearing dark blue jeans, a dark bomber jacket and brown shoes.
