Overnight closures on M54 in Shropshire this weekend
Part of the M54 will be closed overnight this weekend while emergency repairs are carried out.

The motorway will close between junction three and junction four eastbound on Friday and Saturday at 8pm, while Highways England carry out work on the central reservation.
It will reopen at 6am on Saturday and Sunday following the work.
As well as carrying out the work on the central reservation the agency will also repair part of a bridge over the motorway.

Alistair Harris, spokesman for Highways England said: "We are carrying out emergency repair work from today, until Sunday.
"This means there will be night closures between junctions three and four on the eastbound carriage way, from 8pm until 6pm.
"We have had to close this part of the motorway so we can safely carry out work on the concrete central reservation.

"We will also be carrying out emergency work on one of the bridges during the closure.
"The motorway will be open during the day as normal, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused."
