Thieves strike at cemetery near Bridgnorth
Thieves have stolen commemorative items from a cemetery near Bridgnorth over the past three months, police said today.
They have taken tributes left by grieving relatives at the St Peter and St Paul Church Cemetery in Tasley, on at least two occasions.
PCSO Mal Goddard said: "Although these thefts have been of items with little financial value, the emotional upset that has been caused to the relatives has been terrible."
The first theft took place in late October 2015 and the most recent took place on New Year's Eve.
