Further heavy rain continued into this morning and the outlook for the weekend and into next week remains unsettled and wet.

Flood barriers remain in place in Shrewsbury, as they have been for a fortnight.

The impact from the rain on river levels is set to be continue on the River Severn in Shropshire over the next three days.
