Telford supermarket fall man died of traumatic brain injury, inquest told

A man who suffered a fall in a supermarket car park died of a traumatic brain injury, an inquest heard.

Roger Tomlin, who lived in Portland Crescent, Shrewsbury, was pronounced dead at Royal Shrewsbury Hospital on December 9, an inquest in Wellington heard.

The inquest was told that the 72-year-old retired painter and decorator suffered a fall in a supermarket car park, resulting in multiple brain injuries.

The inquest was adjourned for further information to be obtained.

It is expected to be concluded next year.
