Man exposes himself to girl, 17, in Telford

A man exposed himself to a teenager as she walked along a Telford footpath during the daytime.

The victim was near to Grainger Drive heading in the direction of Telford's Princess Royal Hospital in Apley, at about 1.15pm on Tuesday. November 24.

The 17-year-old noticed a man who was wearing a bright blue puffer padded jacket walking behind her.

As she reached the end of the path the man caught up with her and slowed in order to walk at her pace. She then saw he was exposing himself and was committing a lewd act. He stopped once he had reached the bridge and the victim walked in a different direction.

The offender is described as between 35 and 40, with dirty blond, short hair. He was clean shaven, about 5ft 9ins and was wearing a bright blue jacket, black smart trousers and black smart shoes.
