Fire crews abused by youths in Shrewsbury during 'quiet' bonfire night
The fire service have said they had a mostly quiet bonfire night in Shropshire, but were "disappointed" by youths in Shrewsbury abusing fire crews.

It was a quiet in Telford, with no reports of bonfires, and in Shrewsbury there was only one report of a wheely bin being targeted.
There was a fire in Ellesmere required overnight supervision due to its size and wind direction, but it was not considered serious.

A fire service spokesman said: "On the whole a successful night, but disappointing that youths in Harlescott (Shrewsbury) chose to abuse fire crews."
