Man arrested after car crash near Oswestry ends in chase
A man was arrested after an accident in which a car turned on to its side.

He was caught after a chase on foot near the scene of the crash near Oswestry.
No other vehicles were involved in the accident in Maesbury Marsh last night.
The car was severely damaged in the accident but the driver managed to get out of the vehicle.
The drama happened at around 8pm and a man was last night being questioned by police.
Meanwhile, an accident involving a car and a motorbike closed the A458 High Street in Welshpool from around 8pm.
There were no serious injuries and the road was reopened after 30 minutes.
