A5 blocked in Shrewsbury after car crash
A main Shrewsbury road was blocked this afternoon by a one-car crash.

Emergency services were called to the A5 at about 2.40pm when a car crashed into a post or barrier near the Edgebold roundabout.
Police said the A5 was currently blocked in the Oswestry direction and traffic was building up between the Edgebold and Montogmery roundabouts.
One woman was assessed by paramedics at the scene. No other vehicles were involved in the accident.
