Keen baker Juliet Olejnik, 21, is part of the sales team at Shrewsbury-based skip hire company Select-a-Skip.

The company has a long-standing association with Shropshire's Hope House, sponsoring the charity's annual fundraising ball and encouraging staff to get involved with sponsored team challenges such as zip wires.

Juliet, from Bicton Heath, decided she could best help Hope House by baking cupcakes which she gives to Select-a-Skip colleagues, and friends at neighbouring businesses on the Oxon Business Park in return for donations.

She said: "I started in May and sell cupcakes at work once a month and also do special orders, so for example one day I might do 88 cupcakes. All the money goes straight to Hope House."
