Woman motorcyclist injured in Shropshire three-vehicle crash

A woman motorcyclist was taken to hospital with minor injuries following an accident near Bridgnorth involving three vehicles.

It happened at about 6.30pm yesterday on the A442 in Bromley.

Police say the woman had to be taken to hospital with a minor ankle injury.

A spokesman for West Mercia Police said: "We were called to an RTC involving three vehicles – a Peugeot car, a Mazda and a Yamaha motorcycle."

The road was closed for a short time.

Firefighters from Bridgnorth went to the scene to help make the vehicles safe.
