Telford man denies fatal drug link charges

A Telford man has denied a number of drug offences linked to the death of a Shropshire man.

Damian Malolepszy, of Redlands Road, Hadley, denied charges of possessing controlled drugs and being concerned in the supply of a controlled drug of class A – Methylamphetamine.

The 28-year-old faces six counts of drug related offences including the possession with intent to supply cannabis.

He is accused of being concerned in the supply of drugs to 27-year-old Daniel Bagnall, who was found dead at a property in Woodside Road, Ketley, at about 1.45pm on New Year's Day.

Malolepszy appeared via video link at Shrewsbury Crown Court yesterday when he entered a not guilty plea to all counts.

He has been remanded in custody and a trial is expected before July 6.
