Crash closes Shropshire's busy A49 overnight
A woman had to be freed from her car after it skidded on an icy road and ended up on its side in Church Stretton.

The roof of the Honda Jazz was removed by firefighters following the crash on the A49 near the Lazy Trout pub in Marshbrook at 9pm last night.
Fire crews helped to free the woman, who was uninjured.
The road was temporarily closed and Severn Trent were called to deal with a suspected burst water main in the area.
The road was closed while the burst water main was fixed and has reopened this morning.
