Shrewsbury shop's CCTV captures brazen thief stealing takings from till
The owners of a family business were stunned when a brazen thief strolled into their shop, helped himself to £220 from the till, and walked off.
Ian and Brenda Foster, who run Tilemaze in Shrewsbury, are appealing for help to trace a man who was in the business at the time of the theft.

Their son Paul, 23, was working at the tile shop on Monday when the offender waltzed in and out, unnoticed by staff.
He was in the shop for less than three minutes but his every move was captured on CCTV, including the moment he went behind the till and snatched a handful of £20 notes.
"I can't believe we didn't see him," said Paul at the shop on Vanguard Way, Battlefield Enterprise Park.
"It was only later we noticed the £20 notes were gone. He left the £10s and £5s.
"I watched the CCTV today and this guy walks in at 2.50pm.
"He looks around the shop then goes behind the till, takes the money and walks out again.
"He was in here for less than three minutes. No one saw him at all.
"He's only about 18 or 19, skinny, very short hair, wearing a tracksuit and has a backpack on."
Paul released an image of a man captured on CCTV in an effort to help the police.
He said he and his parents had been left reeling after the money was taken from the business they have built up over 25 years.

"It's very frustrating and upsetting," said Paul. We don't know if this is going to happen again.
"It's something you never expect. It's my parents' business so it makes it even worse because it's our money.
"We just want anyone who knows who this man is or saw anything suspicious to call the police to try and help us get our money back."
Richard Ewels spokesman for West Mercia Police said: "A theft at Tilemaze in Vanguard Way, Shrewsbury was reported to have happened at about 3pm on Monday.
"Staff found £220 had been stolen from the till and they said later when they checked CCTV they saw a man come behind the desk and take £220. The description of the man was aged about 19, of skinny build, wearing a tracksuit and carrying a backpack."
He said anyone with any information, especially concerning the identity of the man pictured on the CCTV should call Shrewsbury police on 101. Alternatively information can be given anonymously to Crimestoppers by calling 0800 555 111.
