Shropshire Chamber of Commerce managing director Richard Sheehan, Nick Jones, of St James' Place Wealth Management in Shrewsbury, and David Walker, director of tax at county accountants firm Turner Peachey, will all be lending their expertise to a live online webchat.

Chaired by business editor Thom Kennedy, the webchat will take place almost immediately after the end of the budget statement.

It will last for an hour, and will see the three experts explain the implications of the Chancellor's announcements.

Mr Sheehan said he was hoping to see a range of business support measures in the budget.

He said: "The big focus for us is going to be about access to finance for businesses.

"We need to implement a business bank to allow businesses to develop and take control of their own destiny.

"Continuing with deregulation that is already happening, and spreading it across different levels so the rules that affect companies with 1,000 employees do not disproportionately affect those with 10, would also be welcome."

The Shropshire Star webchat is being held for the fourth time, having been introduced for the 2011 Autumn Budget Statement. Readers are invited to submit their own questions for the panel during the webchat.

Mr Kennedy added: "We have been really pleased with the public response to these live events in the past.

"This Budget appears to be a pivotal one for the Chancellor, with the economy stuck so stubbornly in its present rut, so I am delighted we have such a strong panel to analyse how tomorrow's announcement will help or hinder the country's recovery."
