Car crash causes tailbacks near Telford hospital

A four-car crash has caused traffic tailbacks near the Princess Royal Hospital in Telford this afternoon.

The incident happened at about 2.45pm on the north-bound A5223 near the turn off towards Apley Woods.

Wellington woman Sue Reynolds, who saw the wreckage, said: "There was one small sports car badly damaged and there were lots of police at the scene."
