Antiques expert David Dickinson will be in search of a Real Deal when he brings his hit ITV1 show to Coalbrookdale next month.

Dapper David will be at Enginuity in Coalbrookdale on November 20 from 9am to 5pm to record an edition of Real Deal.

He and his team will also be seeing who can make the best of a bargain with collectables they take along on the day.

Show spokeswoman Claire Goodsir said: "Why let your antiques collect dust in the attic when you can sell them for cash? Take money on the spot from a dealer or, if you think your item is worth more, take a gamble at auction."

Dickinson's Real Deal is an extremely popular daytime show on ITV and is regularly watched by more than a million people.

David and the dealers are back for a sixth series and are currently travelling around the country looking for some more "bobby dazzlers" brought in by members of the public.

Claire said: "If you want to sell your goods, but only for the right price, David and the dealers are at Enginuity on November 20.

"Last time we were in the area, Pete from Shropshire sold his artists' portfolio of greyhounds at auction for £1,200 and Keith from Oswestry got £400 from our dealer for his Troika plate! This could be you!

Residents can tell staff what they will be bringing along by calling the DRD hotline on 0117 970 7618 or they can just turn up on the day. Admission will be free.
