Mr E Wylde was the lucky winner after Ruby joined Anna-Louise Pickering, president of the Pollyanna Pickering Foundation, to select the winning tickets.

The Foundation was established by the late wildlife artist Pollyanna Pickering and campaigns internationally against the exploitation of wildlife, while raising funds for animal welfare and conservation projects around the world.

Money raised through the latest prize draw will help fund the relocation of four serval cats following the destruction of their home by wildfires in South Africa.

Ruby Wax, who has had a long and varied career in television, theatre and writing, is also a prominent mental health campaigner. She founded the Frazzled charity, which provides free, confidential peer support and mindfulness sessions.

She also has a strong connection with wildlife conservation and is a long-standing ambassador for Tusk, which supports conservation projects protecting African wildlife.

Pollyanna Pickering also had a long association with Tusk, with her artwork being auctioned to raise funds for its projects and featuring in books published by the organisation.

Ruby, who is an admirer of Pollyanna's work, was invited to select the winning ticket in the latest prize draw.
