Social enterprise Tech With No Limits CIC (TWNL) will launch its latest programme on Tuesday, November 3, offering training in artificial intelligence (AI) and Microsoft 365.

The AI for Daily Life course will introduce learners to AI tools and how they can be used for everyday tasks, including writing, creative projects and communication.

It will also cover online safety, helping participants recognise AI-powered scams, fake messages and fraudulent websites.

TWNL director Andy Craddock said: “We want to make sure no one is left behind. AI isn't just for tech experts. Whether you're applying for jobs, supporting family members, managing everyday tasks or simply trying to stay connected, understanding these tools can make a real difference.”

The Microsoft 365 Skills course will help participants develop their knowledge of programmes including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. It is aimed at people with basic computer skills who want to build on their knowledge or refresh existing skills.

The courses form part of TWNL's work to improve digital inclusion across Telford and Wellington, where it has helped hundreds of residents develop skills in using computers, email, the internet and online services.

Sessions take place in small groups and are designed to accommodate people with different levels of confidence, learning styles and accessibility needs.

One participant, Rachel, said: “I was scared of computers before. Now I'm confident and actually excited about what I can do. It's been life-changing.”

The courses are funded by the National Lottery Community Fund and are free to attend. Everyone is welcome, with priority given to residents aged 50 and over, unemployed people and those registered as disabled.

Places are limited, and early booking is encouraged.
