Bridgnorth pub joins town's Music & Arts Festival line-up
The Bell & Talbot will host live music and events during the August Bank Holiday festival
A Bridgnorth pub has joined this year's Music & Arts Festival, adding another venue to the town-wide programme of events over the August Bank Holiday weekend.

The Bell & Talbot, which recently welcomed new landlord Pete Greenwood, will host live music and events throughout the festival, which runs from Thursday, August 27, to Monday, August 31.
The partnership adds to a growing list of venues taking part in the grassroots festival, with events taking place across Bridgnorth rather than at one central festival site.
The Bell & Talbot joins the White Lion, which will also host live music and events, while Bassa Villa will stage its Big Bank Holiday Bash on Sunday, August 30.
The festival will get under way on Thursday with the Campfire Jam at Central Court, where musicians are invited to bring their instruments and join in.

The event is run entirely by volunteers and relies on support from local businesses, venues and the wider community.
Festival organiser Westley Bone, of ShireFolk, said the support of local businesses was "absolutely crucial" to the event.
He said: "What makes the festival special is that there isn't one big festival site. The whole town becomes the festival. Our pubs, businesses, community spaces, musicians, artists and volunteers all play a part."
The festival programme includes live music, poetry, arts and community events at venues across Bridgnorth.
More information about the programme is available on the Bridgnorth Music & Arts Festival website.
