Tourists to Powys treated to male voice choir concerts

Tourists to Powys have been treated to male voice choir concerts

Builth Male Voice Choir has been entertaining tourists at the Metropole Hotel in Llandrindod Wells throughout the summer with a repertoire of typical and not so typical male voice songs.

From Welsh hymns such as Gwahoddiad and Morte Christe to well known songs such as Bring Him Home and Hallelujah.

A spokesman for Builth Wells Male Voice Choir said: “The audiences have been very receptive and hopefully return home with an appreciation of the joy that music in Wales can provide.

“The choir is looking forward to 2027 with many potential opportunities at new events that have been scheduled for the year ahead.

“Watch this space.”

The choir has had new members join recently but they are always on the lookout for new singers.
