Wolves boss seeking 'advantage' with pledge for selection versatility
Vitor Pereira believes Wolves will have an 'advantage' over their Premier League rivals if they can master two formations.

The head coach has consistently played 5-2-3 since arriving at the club but switched to 5-3-2 against Newcastle at the weekend.
Pereira insists he wants to utilise both systems this season and the believes Wolves can surprise opponents.
"Of course, we need to do it," Pereira said when asked if he will be versatile with his line-up.
"With the same basis, we can change the system. This is something I thought last season, but it was not the time because we didn't have time to work on two systems.
"Now, I think with the same basis, we can create surprises for the opponent.
"When we analyse the opponent, we try to explore the spaces that they will usually leave and we try to control the best players and their movements.
"But if you're not sure if they can play like this, if we are prepared to do it, I think it is an advantage for us."
Tolu Arokodare made his debut starting up front and caused plenty of problems for the Newcastle defence, while Ladislav Krejci also made his bow in a midfield three.
Pereira was impressed with both players, who he feels can improve Wolves this season.
He added: "We had one training with Tolu and he's a different player. Physically he's strong and when the other teams come to press, we have the possibility to play a long ball, hold it up and give time for us to appear.
"He did well, of course he's not in the physical condition to do better.
"Krejci can play as a midfielder or central defender and with quality and good decisions.
"He has these skills and he's good for us because he's a player that can play in more than one position."
Having now lost four consecutive Premier League matches, Pereira is urging unity and has faith Wolves' fortunes will change.
"This is a time to be together, not to complain," he said.
"I believe that we can increase the level of a team if we have time to work with the team.
"The first week we will have time to work together is (this) week, for the first time this season.
"What I showed in this game, is tactically and mentally we are a team, with energy, spirit and belief in themselves.
"For me, this is the way to increase our level and start to get points.
"I'm proud of my team, of course worried because we didn't get any points, but this is the way. I want to see my team competing like this."
