The futures of two Shrewsbury Town loanees revealed
Shrewsbury Town will not be recalling Roland Idowu and Max Mata this month, the Shropshire Star understands.

Last summer, Idowu joined St Mirren on a season-long loan deal, while Mata returned to his native New Zealand after signing for A-League side Auckland for the campaign - also on loan.
Town midfielder Harrison Biggins became the third senior player to make a temporary switch, he went up to Cumbria to sign for Carlisle, but last week, the 28-year-old returned from that loan deal.
And it is understood Idowu and Mata will not have their spells away from the Croud Meadow cut short, with Shrewsbury happy with the duo's development.
Idowu, a left-footed winger, has been plying his trade in the Scottish Premiership, where he has been a regular for St Mirren making 23 appearances - he has scored twice.
He is playing alongside former Shrewsbury loanee Killian Phillips. Idowu has started three of his side's last four matches - missing out on a place in the XI at Celtic Park against the league leaders.
Mata has played 10 times for Auckland, scoring one goal and getting one assist in his time in the Southern Hemisphere.
Gareth Ainsworth was asked about Shrewsbury's loan players before Town's game against Wigan more than a month ago.
Speaking then, the Town boss admitted he is keeping tabs on the loanees.
"Micky Moore, the director of football, has been speaking to them on a regular basis," Ainsworth said.
"I've watched their footage. I'd be stupid not to know that Roland scored a goal against St Johnstone.
"But I've got plenty to work with at the moment here, rather than the two that are in different countries. One's in New Zealand, and to watch him, I'd have to be up in the middle of the night. I'll still do it.
"It is great that Roland is making his mark up there."
There has been a lot of change with Shrewsbury's players brought in on loan.
Charles Sagoe Jr, Josh Kayode and Tommi O'Reilly, which makes 50 per cent of the players temporarily brought to Shropshire in the summer, have returned to their parent clubs.
