Six key moments in Wolves record-equalling run
Wolves’ win on Saturday against Leicester equalled their record of six consecutive top-flight wins - set in 1970.

It has been a staggering turnaround since Vitor Pereira took over from Gary O’Neil in December with Wolves floundering second from bottom in the Premier League table.
At that stage, they had taken nine points from their 16 top-flight matches, and only Southampton - who had managed five - were below them.
The appointment of Pereira from Saudi Pro League club Al-Shabab has led to an incredible change in fortunes that even the most optimistic Wolves supporter could not have predicted.
Under Pereira, they have taken 32 points from their 18 matches.
More than half of those have come in the last six games with the current incredible winning streak they are on - here is a look at the key moments within that run.
Southampton 1-2 Wolves
It all started with a vital 2-1 win at St Mary’s, which ended up being much tighter than it needed to be.
Jorgen Strand Larsen has been pivotal to the recent success, and it was his brace that silenced the critics and got Wolves on their way. It was his first Premier League goal since the 2-2 draw at Tottenham in late December.
The Norwegian’s form, scoring six goals in the run has been essential to Pereira’s side.

Wolves 1-0 West Ham
The victory at Molineux against the Hammers was yet another superb and vital result in Wolves’ quest for Premier League survival.
Defending had been Wolves Achilles heel before the arrival of Pereira - they had just kept one clean sheet in the top flight.
They have kept seven in the 18 matches since he arrived.

Ipswich 1-2 Wolves
A sensational comeback at Portman Road largely thanks to Pablo Sarabia’s introduction from the bench in the 65th minute.
Liam Delap had given the Tractor Boys the lead in the first half, but the Spaniard's goal, seven minutes after coming on drew Wolves level.
He then turned provider as he put it on a plate for Strand Larsen to fire Wolves to victory six minutes from time.

Wolves 4-2 Tottenham
The big talking point around this clash was the fact Matheus Cunha had returned from his ban, the one he picked up in the FA Cup loss at Bournemouth, but had been left out of the starting XI.
Pereira said the Brazilian understood, and he was ready to help the team. He did that by coming off the bench to score late on as Wolves smashed four past Spurs.

Man United 0-1 Wolves
There is only one place to start with this clash and that is with Sarabia’s stunning 77th-minute free-kick.
The strike, which he bent into the top corner to beat Andre Onana, meant Wolves did the league double over United for the first time in 45 years, and it meant they had officially retained their Premier League status.

Wolves 3-0 Leicester
The clash against a poor Foxes team saw Cunha score his 15th goal of the Premier League campaign.
Strand Larsen, who scored yet again, got his 13th of the season. He needs one more goal to beat Raul Jimenez’s record after he first arrived at Molineux.
