Newtown hit six in midweek rout over Rhyl
Newtown hit six of the best in midweek as they picked up a 6-1 victory over Cymru North rivals Rhyl.
The Robins’ indifferent form has seen them fall off the pace in recent weeks - with their push for promotion all but going up in smoke.

But they gave the home fans an evening to remember against the North Wales side.
They were three up at the break as Findlay Starkey-Jones and Zak Kempster-Down turned providers for Jamie Hyne to net a brace inside the first 36 minutes.
And seconds after his second goal - the Robins were three up thanks to Louis Jacobs.
They then blitzed Rhyl in a damaging spell just after the break - as they ran in three goals within 12 minutes of the restart.
Tomos Jones got in on the act - before Hyne netted two more to take his tally to four with the game all sewn up.
Morgan Murray then bagged a late consolation for Rhyl.
Guilsfield were again hit on the road as they were beaten 1-0 at strugglers Flint Mountain.
Callum Woods bagged the winner for the home side 12 minutes from time.
Elsewhere in mid week - Berriew beat Dyffryn Banw 5-0 in the MMP Central Wales North - while Barmouth and Waterloo Rovers shared a goal apiece.
And Llansantffraid Village were beaten 2-1 on home soil against local rivals Four Crosses.
