Michael Appleton's key factor to get the best out of the Shrewsbury players
Michael Appleton has underlined the importance of putting trust in his Shrewsbury Town players - with him confident they will repay that faith.

Salop have had a challenging start to the season. They drew on opening day against Bromley, and they have fallen to back-to-back defeats against Tranmere and Grimsby since then.
In those two matches, they have conceded seven times and they have only managed to score one goal in the 270 minutes, plus stoppages, they have played this season.
The head coach is getting Shrews to change their style. They are trying to play more, and he is confident they will get better at it the more they do.
For Appleton, he believes if he puts trust in the players, they will come good for him - and he is confident they will.
"There's no point in putting belief and trust in players if you don't think they can do it," he said. "But I think they can do it.
"In that early part of the game against Grimsby it looked like there was a little bit of a hangover with one or two of the players.
"But that's where you generally find the ones that are going to be capable of doing it on a regular basis and taking the club forward.
"I do believe that if you put that trust in them, keep the belief in them, eventually it comes good for you. It does, eventually. I've seen it too many times and I've been involved in it too many times, whether it be a player, coach or manager.
"The fine margins at times are costly. Sometimes they are costly. But again, for me, we didn't lose three points on Tuesday.
"So if I'm going to do that and I'm going to get sort of done, Tuesday was a better option for me than Saturday, where the three points are crucial."
