'If it is right': West Brom transfer bid and summer window view amid Torbjorn Heggem Bologna speculation
Despite the fact Albion had a dismal end to their season - it is not surprising speculation has begun around some of their key players.

Albion underperformed in the end - but there were shining lights in the campaign.
Torbjorn Heggem was a revelation after arriving for just £500,000 last summer. Tom Fellows went from strength to strength.
Then Isaac Price arrived and made a huge difference in the second half of the season.
So despite the fact the season fell off a cliff, it was going to be no surprise if bigger clubs did come circling.
And so it seems according to speculation. It was revealed earlier in the week that scouts from Serie A side Bologna had been watching Heggem while he impressed on international duty against Norway.
There are other clubs who have also been credited with a potential summer move.
No bids are in yet for Heggem, but it would be no surprise if they come down the line.
When it comes to Fellows, given he has been subject to bids in recent transfer windows, it would be no real surprise if others came in again.
Now he has been promoted to the England Under 21 squad for the upcoming Euros, more impressive displays right in the shop window will only add to his value.
And then the other is Price. He may have only been with Albion for a short period, but his performances for both club and country will be no doubt alerting clubs.
There are positives and negatives to the attention Albion players could get.
The negatives are obvious, they could lose some of their best players.
The positives are the fact that in such a short space of time, Bilkul Football have turned Albion's squad into one that has assets, sellable assets that can make money.
That hasn't been the case for some time.
If bids do start to come, they have decisions to make. Do they stick, keep players, trying and build on what they have already got and then further down the line that value could have gone up?
Or do they decide to cash in, make profit, turn it, and bring in more gems that can then do the same?
It has been some time since Albion have had the option to do this, but now they have. That is refreshing.
For example, some have touted £10m for Heggem. That is £9.5m profit in a year. That is seriously good business, and it is hard for Albion to turn down.
Whichever way they go, Albion are in a strong position. If they sell, they'll have money to reinvest, if they don't, then they still have quality players at their disposal.
