Wrekin College netball stars score a national finals double

Wrekin College is celebrating a stunning sporting achievement as its under-19 netball team secured places in both the National Schools Cup final and the National Cup final.

Director of netball, Caroline Ritchie-Morgan, said: “To reach one national final is an incredible achievement, but to reach two in such a short period of time is truly exceptional.

“The girls have shown outstanding determination, teamwork and maturity throughout both competitions.

“They have worked tirelessly for this moment and thoroughly deserve to be competing on the national stage.

“It has been a privilege to watch them train, play and develop together, and I know they will give their all for this next stage of their journey.”
