Gareth Ainsworth reveals his Shrewsbury Town training plan after difficult defeat
A quiet week gives Shrewsbury Town the chance to work on their 'principles' of play - according to head coach Gareth Ainsworth.

It was a bruising weekend for Salop. Their 1-0 defeat to Stevenage, as well as other results going against them, meant 20th-placed Peterborough United opened a seven-point gap at the bottom of League One.
The result was Town's third consecutive home loss, leaving them with an uphill battle to achieve third-tier survival this term.
They will have the chance to work on things this week on the training pitch as Ainsworth prepares them for a huge relegation six-pointer against Posh at the Weston Homes Stadium.
"We have a full week to train now," Ainsworth said. "With the schedule how it has been, it now gives us a bit of time to work on principles and those passes and runs.
"That is something we have not really been able to do in the run-up to the game against Stevenage - because it has been about recovery and legs.
"I think on Saturday, both teams showed there was a lack of quality in the game. Stevenage did not have a shot on target, which says a lot.
"We take that on the chin and go again this weekend."
The Shrews head coach is known for his positivity, and he says even though the last few results have been tough, you will not catch him feeling sorry for himself.
He said: "I am still having a great time. You cannot take that away from me, and anybody who tries will be disappointed. I will enjoy it no matter what. It is just the game - you win some and you lose some.
"I will have a great time coaching the boys and getting them ready for next week, and hopefully we can put in a good performance against Peterborough."
