Jose Sa - 5

Sa was having a quiet night until the United goal, where his positioning could have been a lot better. It cost Wolves.

Nelson Semedo - 8

A superb overall display from Semedo, despite being beaten at the far post by Varane. Dangerous going forward and solid overall in defence.

Craig Dawson - 7

A very astute performance from Dawson, but he could have done better for the goal when he wandered into space and left Semedo isolated.

Max Kilman - 8

Solid in the air and with the ball at his feet, Kilman put in a towering performance.

Rayan Ait-Nouri - 7

Although he got caught out a couple times, Ait-Nouri did better defensively. His strengths are going forward however and he was threatening throughout.

Matheus Nunes - 8

Nunes does drift in and out of games, but when he's on it he's superb. Some wonderful forward runs that caused so many problems.

Joao Gomes - 8

Tough in the tackle and quick moving the ball forward, Gomes was a live-wire throughout.

Mario Lemina - 8

A real battler alongside Gomes, Lemina broke the game up perfectly and looked after possession well.

Pedro Neto - 7

Neto's second half was much better, after a quiet first half, and he looked more dangerous in possession. More end product needed, however.

Pablo Sarabia - 7

Better than what we've seen recently, Sarabia was more involved and had a good chance in the first half.

Matheus Cunha - 8

Cunha is marked down for missing a sitter in the second half, but his overall performance was outstanding. He worked incredibly hard off the ball and was so threatening with it. A big display.

Hwang Hee-chan (for Sarabia, 63), 7, Hugo Bueno (for Ait-Nouri, 77), 6, Fabio Silva (for Cunha, 77), 7, Sasa Kalajdzic (for Gomes, 87).

Subs: Bentley, Toti, Doherty, Traore, Hodge.
