Nine eye-catching signings of the summer so far by West Brom's Championship rivals
There have been some Championships movers and shakers elsewhere that have caught the eye...
Albion have made four signings so far - and there has been some Championship rivals who have caught the eye with their summer recruitment.
Here is a round-up of some of the second tier deals that stand out so far, some more likely as excellent additions and some with great potential.
Ethan Galbraith - Stoke
From: Swansea
Reported fee: £10million
The Potters sprung into life with the signings of Djibril Soumare, Albion’s Josh Griffiths and Svante Ingelsson from June into July.
But it was the capture of Northern Ireland international midfielder Galbraith that impressed most after a brilliant season with Swansea.
Many have tipped the former Manchester United youngster, 25, to be heading back to the top.
Andre Brooks - Norwich
From: Sheffield United
Reported fee: £8million
A winger, who came through the Blades’ youth ranks, who has impressed against Albion previously.
The 22-year-old Jamaica international can play on either side and was United’s players’ and young player of the season last term. It appears quite a coup for rivals Norwich. He is a livewire.

Kieran Trippier - Wolves
From: Newcastle
Reported fee: Free transfer
Baggies fans will not like to see it, but it is hard not to have been impressed at relegated Wolves’ first two recruits of the summer.
Former England right-back Trippier, 35, brings bags of experience and quality. His legs may not be what they once were, but he still possesses good ability and his leadership could be key
Raul Jimenez - Wolves
From: Fulham
Reported fee: Free transfer

Jimenez is no stranger to the Black Country and it is understandable why his return to Molineux has got Wolves fans excited.
The Mexican is no spring chicken at 35, but he showed at the World Cup he still has a clinical touch in the penalty area.
Many are backing him to net a hatful.
Bobby Clark - Derby
From: RB Salzburg
Reported fee: £6million
Former Newcastle and Liverpool youngster Clark, son of ex-pro Lee, impressed on a season-long loan with the Rams last term.
Clark is still only 21 and had a very impressive season featuring 42 Championship appearances in the east Midlands last term. He is likely to keep developing.

Daniel Peretz - Southampton
From: Bayern Munich
Reported fee: £6million
Goalkeeper Peretz spent last season on loan and was one of the stars of Saints’ recovery and push to the play-offs under Tonda Eckert, prior to the ‘spygate’ scandal.
The Israel international is still only 25, young for a keeper, and Southampton will back themselves to go well with one of the division’s best shot-stoppers.
Dael Fry - Birmingham
From: Middlesbrough
Reported fee: Free transfer
Dominant centre-back Fry, 28, is no stranger to the Championship. A Boro-born academy graduate, he made exactly 300 appearances for his home club, exclusively in the second tier, before an out-of-contract exit this summer.

Blues worked hard to make him their first addition of the window on a free transfer and it feels like with Fry’s experience it could prove a particularly shrewd move.
Moussa Yeo - Swansea
From: RB Salzburg
Reported fee: Undisclosed
The second on this list to check in from Salzburg. Mali winger Yeo, 22, is an intriguing if mostly unknown prospect.
Swansea had to improve on wide options after an underwhelming season in that position, and boss Vitor Matos landed his chief target.
Yeo has Champions League and Europa League experience and netted against Villa in the latter last term.
Alfie Devine - Preston

From: Tottenham
Reported fee: £6million
Another Premier League academy graduate who spent last season on loan in the Championship.
Devine, 21, enjoyed a highly impressive season with the Lilywhites, where he scored eight times in 45 games from midfield.
Preston triggered an option to buy clause in the loan worth up to £6m and three-times their club record buy.
