Lewis Cox's West Brom player ratings: Solid and consistent marks after key win with sprinkle of 8s

Albion made it back-to-back wins to go unbeaten in four and further boost their Championship survival hopes.

Baggies correspondent Lewis Cox dishes out the player ratings after the crucial victory in the relegation dogfight.

JOSH GRIFFITHS

Back in the side and responded with a fine and much-needed clean sheet. Only tested with two saves but confident in other aspects. Excellent recovery work on Riis before break.

Return 7

DANNY IMRAY

Not quite at his flying levels from last week but another strong, positive display again. Loves getting forward and unleashing shots. Mostly solid defensively.

Positive 7

GEORGE CAMPBELL

Match-winner with his third goal in six games, he is showing what a threat he can be in the opposition box. Otherwise he defended excellently. Very cool, composed and aggressive.

Match-winner 8

NAT PHILLIPS

Stayed in the side after fine return last time and built on it here. Bits of loose distribution early on but so aggressive in his work. Has made a difference. Excellent defending.

Strong 8

CALLUM STYLES

Another really good display. Almost an eight rating but was turned by McCrorie for chance. That aside really diligent in defensive work and positive on front foot as ever. Corner created goal.

Consistent 7

JED WALLACE

Albion's star man, build on such an impressive display last time. Playing his best football for a long time and really set the tone here. The right side was relentless, especially in decisive first half.

Star man 8

OUSMANE DIAKITE

Continued where he has left off of late. Brilliantly powerful display in the middle of the park. Combative, energetic and seldom let the Robins midfield have a second on the ball.

Continued 7

JAYSON MOLUMBY

Complemented Diakite so well again. Was a calm and composed figure here after last season's Ashton Gate red. Kept things ticking over but got forward with energy and purpose when needed.

Purpose 7

ISAAC PRICE

Has come alive of late with new role from the left side. Could've scored on another day. Drew one good save, fluffed one big air-kick, but always carried a threat and worked hard.

Threat 7

JOSH MAJA

Was a nuisance here after keeping his place in the side. Linked up well with colleagues and showed some of his classy footwork that can help find space. No real clear-cut opportunities.

Neat 7

AUNE HEGGEBO

Another good shift from the Norwegian, though on a couple of occasions he missed the chance to play in a colleague who was better placed to score. It could have put the clash to bed.

Decisions 7

Substitutes:

Daryl Dike (for Maja, 69) Really put himself about well and unlucky with couple of efforts from corner. 7

Jamaldeen Jimoh-Aloba (for Wallace, 79) n/a

Charlie Taylor (for Heggebo, 86) n/a

Subs not used: Wallis (gk), Gilchrist, Whitwell, Mowatt, Bostock, Mustapha
