Ex-West Brom full-back seals move to Championship rivals
The left-back made 28 appearances on loan at West Brom last term.
Former West Brom left-back Charlie Taylor has joined Championship rivals Derby County.
The 32-year-old has signed a one-year deal with the Rams, after spending last season at the Hawthorns.
Taylor arrived on loan from Southampton in September 2025 and made 28 appearances in total during a difficult campaign for the Baggies, which eventually saw them preserve their Championship status.
Following the expiry of his loan with Albion, Taylor was released by parent club Saints, but will remain in the second-tier at Pride Park next season.
He previously made over 160 appearances in the Premier League for Burnley, after starting his career with Leeds United.
