West Brom Euro's star could be in demand as he heads home
Albion’s sole European Championship representative Okay Yokuslu will turn his attention to pre-season following Turkey’s elimination.

Midfielder Yokuslu, 30, could not help his nation avoid a comeback defeat to the Netherlands, who will go on to face England in Wednesday’s semi-final in Germany.
Yokuslu will be granted a post-tournament break by Baggies boss Carlos Corberan before he is set to return to join his club team-mates.
Albion begin a one-week training camp in St George’s Park, which is begins on Saturday.
Yokuslu made three appearances in the tournament as part of a young Turkey side that entertained onlookers on their way to the last eight. They appeared to be set to tackle England in the semis before the Dutch rallied late on Saturday evening.
Yokuslu is out of contract at The Hawthorns next summer and continues to be the subject of intense speculation in Turkey regarding a return to his homeland.
Reports have claimed Turkish giants Besiktas are ready to pursue his signature and that Yokuslu’s agents will meet Besiktas club representatives following Turkey’s elimination.
Yokuslu is a popular and influential member of Corberan’s Baggies side and it remains to be seen how Albion respond should a serious approach for the midfielder be received.
Should Yokuslu remain at The Hawthorns for another season and, if no contract offer or new deal is agreed, he could leave for nothing next summer. He was also linked with a move to fellow Super Lig outfit Trabzonspor, his former club, earlier in the summer window.
Yokuslu’s three substitute appearances as Turkey thrilled their supporters, the second of which played a key role in booking a last-eight place, are likely to have further increased the midfielder’s appeal in his homeland.
The 2022 free transfer signing, who was previously loaned to Albion in 2020/21, played 48 times in all competitions for Albion last term to help the Baggies reach the Championship play-offs.
Corberan has already strengthened in central midfield this summer with the free transfer signing of Malian Ousmane Diakite from Hartberg in Austria.
