Shrewsbury Town 0 Tranmere Rovers 1 - match report
An Andy Robinson goal condemned Shrewsbury Town to a third straight home defeat against Tranmere Rovers.
Nicky Wroe went very close to a Town opener when he curled just over from Jon Taylor's incisive cut back after 11 minutes.

Centre-half Dave Winfield also had the home crowd off their seats when he headed just wide from Taylor's corner-kick in the first half.
And Tom Eaves should have headed Town in front on the half-hour mark but could not quite reach Joe Jacobson's excellent left-wing cross.
Tranmere punished Town's wastefulness in the final minute of normal time at the end of the first half when Robinson slotted the visitors in front from Ryan Lowe's headed pass.
Chris Atkinson and Kristoffer Peterson both had chances to double Tranmere's lead soon after the break but at the other end Jacobson hit the side netting on the stretch after a great run and cut back by Eaves.
Taylor also went close with a thumping volley for Town with just under 30 minutes remaining but Lowe also missed a good chance to increase Tranmere's lead, pulling wide from a good position soon afterwards.
Half time Town substitute Tom Bradshaw looked to have had a good penalty shout turned down with 12 minutes remaining and Jacobson fired just over the bar from a tight angle in stoppage time but Tranmere held on.to claim their first League One win in four attempts.
