Matt Taylor: Shrewsbury start unacceptable
Shrewsbury Town boss Matt Taylor has described the first 15 minutes of his side's win over Reading as 'unacceptable'.

His side staged a remarkable stoppage time comeback to beat bottom-of-the-table Reading 3-2 at the Croud Meadow.
Shrews had trailed 2-0 after the first 15 minutes when they conceded two poor goals courtesy of former player Sam Smith and Dom Ballard.
Tom Bayliss got one back in the first half before Chey Dunkley and Jason Sraha scored in five minutes of added-on at the end of the game.
It was a massive turnaround, but the Town boss said he could not brush his side's start to game under the carpet.
"I can talk about the first 15 minutes, which was unacceptable," Taylor said.
"Great the emotion, great we won the game, but people have got jobs to do and they did not do them.
"That first 15 minutes really disappoints me, as a group that is not what we are about.
"We scored a really good goal to get back in the game, you are given roles and responsibilities and what I cannot do is come out here and brush it under the carpet.
"I cannot come out here and not own it, from my perspective, that first 15 minutes is unacceptable.
"Half-time was emotional we spoke a lot about, or I have spoken a lot about the belief the players have got to have in themselves.
"It was all about continuing to believe that we would get back in the game.
"Elliott Bennett's delivery from every set piece was sensational, and their goalkeeper has made two good saves before we scored.
"We got the second goal and there seemed to be an uprising in belief in the players."
Sraha got his first goal in a Salop shirt and the boss said he deserves it for how hard he has worked in recent times.
"I must make a special mention for Jason because he gets that moment tonight," he continued.
"Having seen how hard he has worked, understanding his injury history and coming into the team at a difficult time he has really taken his opportunity.
"I am over the moon, I said that to him in there. The emotion in there is indescribable, I did not celebrate the first two goals to be perfectly honest with you and the third goal I got booked for it, but I will take it.
"That is two games out of the last three here where we have scored three goals.
"We had to score three goals today and we should not be conceding three goals at home."
