Marko Marosi urged to find Shrewsbury form
Matt Taylor says Shrewsbury Town keeper Marko Marosi needs to get back to being consistent after making a couple of mistakes against Oxford United.

Salop’s number one has been excellent for the club since he arrived from Coventry in the summer of 2021, and he kept 10 clean sheets last season.
But Tuesday’s defeat at Oxford United was not the keeper’s finest hour with two errors which proved costly for Taylor and Shrews.
He was at fault for the first goal when he spilt Greg Leigh’s high ball into the box – with the ball falling on a plate for Fin Stevens to smash home.
And in stoppage time, he was involved in a comical third goal, as he tried to play out from the back, dribbling the ball out to the wing, before passing it straight to Leigh, who whipped it into an empty net from the touchline.
Taylor says Marosi has been good since he has arrived at the club and must rediscover that level, after the disappointment of midweek. He said: “The first goal he should catch, and he does not. The third goal is something that he does not get asked to do (playing out from the back.)
“That is where it is disappointing for me, and for him.
“But he has been really consistent since I have come in and he needs to get back to being that consistent pretty quickly.”
The keeper will not have to wait long before he has a chance to put it right – with Shrews back in action again on Saturday in Shropshire.
Northampton Town, fresh off the back of a victory against Reading in midweek, are the visitors to the Croud Meadow in a game that has a ‘must win’ feel about it.
